Additionally, the integration of high-density cationic polymers, such as Poly(diallyldimethylammonium chloride) (PDADMAC) and custom-engineered Cationic Polyacrylamide (CPAM), allows industrial plants to capture colloidal micro-flocs that bypass conventional physical barrier systems.

What is the optimal basicity of Polyaluminum Chloride (PAC) for low-temperature municipal sewage?
For low-temperature water treatment (under 5°C), we recommend a higher basicity PAC (approx. 80-85%). High-basicity formulations contain a larger proportion of pre-hydrolyzed polymeric aluminum species (like Al13 and Al30), which do not rely on low-temperature water alkalinity to form flocs. This ensures rapid settling without requiring artificial water heating or additional alkali dosage.
How does WDA (Water Decoloring Agent) neutralize anionic dyes in textile wastewater?
Our Cationic Water Decolorizing Agent contains highly concentrated cationic active sites. Soluble acid, reactive, and disperse dye molecules carry strong anionic (negative) charges. The WDA molecules neutralize these charges, destabilizing the dye particles and binding them into hydrophobic flocs that are easily separated by flotation or settling.
Why choose Aluminum Chlorohydrate (ACH) over standard Alum in membrane pretreatment?
ACH is highly basic (typically 83%) and contains the highest concentration of Al2O3 (up to 23% in liquid form, 46% in powder) among soluble aluminum coagulants. It requires a lower dosage compared to standard alum, generates up to 50% less chemical sludge, and significantly reduces free monomeric aluminum residue, which prevents scaling on downstream RO and UF membranes.
What storage precautions should be taken for liquid Polyaluminum Chloride (PAC) solutions?
Liquid PAC (10%-15%) is mildly acidic. It should be stored in corrosion-resistant containers made of FRP (fiberglass reinforced plastic), HDPE, or rubber-lined steel. Contact with carbon steel or brass should be avoided to prevent metal corrosion and product degradation. Liquid PAC should be stored in a cool, ventilated area away from direct sunlight, with a storage life of up to 6 months.
